Slush and Atomico are looking for an exceptional Researcher. We'd be thrilled to hear from you!
About the role
We are looking for a Researcher to join us in the fall of 2023. The research project will take place at Atomico’s office in London in August-November and Slush’s office in Helsinki in December.
You will take part in conducting the most comprehensive research report on the European VC and startup industry, ‘The State of European Tech’, carried out in collaboration with Atomico. Additionally, you will get the chance to join Slush’s main event in November and analyse market and customer trends in Slush’s data after the event.
During the research project, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the global startup industry, work alongside experienced VC investors at Atomico, get a front-row seat to the world’s leading startup event and broaden your professional network.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and analysing data for the ‘State of European Tech report
- Contributing to analytical content pieces in the ‘State of European Tech report
- Analysing feedback and customer data from Slush’s main event
- Taking part in hosting Slush 2023
Ideally, you possess some of the following
- Excellent English skills
- Interest in VC, the startup industry, and entrepreneurship
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Relevant work/internship experience in e.g., consulting, investment banking, VC, private equity, data analytics or similar
- A can-do attitude and strong motivation to learn
