Rebeca Tristan is Head of Customer Experience at Pigment, the business planning platform fuelling better decisions for forward-thinking companies. Her teams span Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Community, Education, Content and Product Marketing with the common goal of delivering value for Pigment’s customers. She also leads the People team at Pigment.
Before joining Pigment, she led Client Success, Scaled Solutions, and Workplace for Good for Workplace from Facebook. She joined as the first hire globally and grew Workplace from $0 to $100M in annual revenue, with over $60M in software donated to charities annually. Before that, she worked at LinkedIn as a Customer Success Manager.
Rebe is a trustee at Artbox London, an art studio and gallery supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. She is also passionately involved in diversity efforts within the Latinx and differently-abled communities.
She is a graduate of ITESM in Mexico, The University of Toronto in Canada, École des Ponts ParisTech in France, and Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Belgium.
She lives in London with her husband and two children, where they spend most of their time being super competitive over board games and planning their next adventure.
