Otto Hilska is a serial entrepreneur who started his first software company at the age of 18. His second company Flowdock raised money from Silicon Valley and got acquired by Rally Software in 2013. After that, he spent four years scaling Smartly.io from 30 to 400 people as the Chief Product Officer.
Now Otto is building Swarmia, a SaaS product that helps the best software teams get better. They work with high-growth companies like Outreach, Blinkist, and Wolt that need to scale productivity while growing their engineering teams.
