Max joined SNÖ in 2020 after spending six years at Thiel Capital, Peter Thiel’s personal investment office, in Los Angeles and San Francisco. At Thiel Capital, Max served in leadership roles across the office’s investments and legal matters.
Before joining Thiel Capital, Max worked at the law firm Wilson Sonsini in Silicon Valley, where he advised high growth technology companies ranging from pre-incorporation to exit. Prior to his time at Wilson Sonsini, Max was an Equity Capital Markets Analyst at Credit Suisse in New York City.
Max has a BA from Yale University, a JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School and a certificate of study in Business Economics and Public Policy from Wharton.
