Martina joined Personio as Head of HR and transitioned to specialize in talent to help Personio achieve its mission to become Europe’s leading HR platform.
Before having joined Personio, Martina worked in recruiting at McKinsey & Company in Cologne and Dubai as well as for the UK and the USA.
