Markus Villig is Founder and CEO of Bolt (formerly Taxify), the leading European on-demand transportation platform that’s focused on making urban travel easier, quicker and more reliable. Bolt’s services range from ride-hailing to micromobility and food delivery. It serves 25 million customers across 30 countries around the world. Markus teamed up with his brother Martin, ex-Skype, to build the first version of Bolt in 2013 when he was 19 years old. Markus has been featured as the youngest tech CEO in Forbes Europe 30 under 30 list and is the youngest founder of a billion-dollar company in Europe.
