Maria Ritola is a Finnish entrepreneur. She currently works at Iris.ai, a technology company she co-founded in 2015. Iris.ai helps researchers make a far better use of scientific literature than what has been possible until now. Iris.ai is an AI XPrize Finalist and have honorary mentions in Nature and Science magazines. Maria Ritola serves as a board member at Finland’s State Development Fund, Vake Oy. She has received several of technology influencer awards both in Finland and abroad.
