Ling leads Tencent’s efforts in Europe, focusing on strategic investment and partnerships with technology startups, universities, government and industry. She received her doctorate in Quantum Computing at Oxford University. Ling also serves as a board of director and member of the advisory board for several venture capital and technology firms, including the advisory board of Maki.vc.
