Keily Blair
Keily is Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at OnlyFans. She is responsible for formulating, implementing and communicating OnlyFans’ strategic initiatives and future goals to users, commercial partners, and other key stakeholders. As a practicing attorney, Keily is responsible for the enterprise-wide approach to online safety and leads OnlyFans’ communications, human resources, operations and legal functions.
Keily’s background is in law, operational strategy, and government affairs. Prior to her role at OnlyFans was a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and led the Cyber, Privacy & Data innovation practice in London. Keily advised on international privacy, cyber and online safety laws and regulations and helped clients to build effective regulatory relationships including leading internal and external regulatory investigations.
Keily is a ranked practitioner and has represented the private sector at the United Nations and the European Criminal Bar Association. She is committed to improving diversity and social mobility in the legal and fintech sectors and has won numerous awards for her work in this space.
