Karen Burns is Co-Founder and CEO of Fyma, a computer vision SaaS platform that turns cameras into predictive sensors. At Fyma, she forms data from security camera feeds and converts it into actionable data in real-time utilizing cognitive AI.
Originally a graduate in law, she has experience from working in multiple ICT and Business Development roles. She has previously served companies such as CGI and Mooncascade, Estonia’s fastest growing software development house where she tripled their annual revenue during only a few years. She is passionate about getting more women into STEM and management positions and changing the world for the better through the use of computer vision.
