Jordi Romero is an entrepreneur and computer engineer from Barcelona. He’s the founder and CEO of Factorial, an HR Software startup with thousands of customers around the world, over a hundred employees and some of the world’s best investors. He’s also a partner at itnig, an early stage investment fund. Previously he was CTO and VP Business Development at Redbooth, a project management start-up that started in Barcelona and moved to San Francisco.
