Jessica Collier

Jessica Collier is the CEO of Spot, the Silicon Valley startup whose mission is to help companies build more inclusive workplace cultures. Jessica is also the co-founder and former VP of Product at All Turtles, a company that builds AI products in San Francisco, Tokyo, and Paris.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Jessica led UX content and design at Stellar – an open network for money, a digital financial network fighting poverty by connecting people to low-cost financial services. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of California at Irvine and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
