Jason du Preez

CEO and co-founder of Privitar

Jason du Preez is CEO and Co-founder of Privitar, an enterprise software company enabling organizations to use data for insight, with an uncompromising approach to data privacy.

Privitar’s mission is to drive the safe and ethical use of data, with a strong belief in the power of machine intelligence to benefit society. The company has grown rapidly over the past four years with leading customers from several industry verticals (including HSBC, Citibank, British Telecom and the UK’s NHS) and has over 100 staff across the US, Europe, and Singapore.

Prior to founding Privitar, Jason sold his first business, a software company called m35, to Thomson Reuters, taking a global leadership role in the enterprise business. Jason is originally from Cape Town, South Africa and attended UCT.
