Inja Radman
Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer, New Culture
Inja is Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of New Culture, which she co-found together with Matt Gibson in 2018. At New Culture Inja focuses on leading their science pipeline.
Prior to co-founding New Culture, Inja completed further academic research and worked in analytical consulting in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Inja has also led social impact projects in Mozambique and Tanzania.
Inja received her PhD from Cambridge University in molecular and synthetic biology and a Master’s degree from ETH Zurich in biophysics and protein structure. Inja is a devoted foodie, former dancer and badminton player, and a data geek to the core. She is originally from Split, Croatia.
