Frost Li advises and consults on growth strategy at companies like Lyft, Pinterest, and Rappi. Prior to that, Frost built and managed the growth team at Wish across acquisition, activation, retention and resurrections that acquired and retained hundreds of millions of users. During this time, Wish grew to be #1 shopping app in 40+ countries and 500M+ users powered by ML and data-driven models.

Prior to Wish, Frost worked in the Pinterest growth engineering team, with a focus on retention and life-cycle marketing, turning manual marketing cycles into ML-driven automation. Frost also founded HackerMeter, which analyzed programmers’ code to match them with their best-fitting jobs. The company was later acquired by Pinterest. Before that, Frost was a search engineer at Twitter who built the real-time autocomplete system.
