Daniel Metzler is Co-Founder and CEO of Isar Aerospace, a Munich based company, developing orbital space launch vehicles with the vision of engineering the future of space flight. Daniel has co-founded the company in 2018 to develop the first purely privately financed European orbital launch vehicle to provide flexible, sustainable and cost-effective access to space and lower the barriers for commercial space access.
Before founding Isar Aerospace, Daniel led a team of 40 students at the rocketry research group WARR, a scientific workgroup situated at the Technical University of Munich.
