Andrei Brasoveanu
Andrei Brasoveanu is Partner at Accel. He joined the company in 2014 and works with the team on Web3/crypto, enterprise software, developer-oriented software, open-source, security, and financial services. Andrei has led Accel’s investment in Checkly, Conduktor, Ermetic, Genesis, Humio (acquired by CrowdStrike), Nansen, Rasa, Raycast, Rows, Sky Mavis, Sorare, Tenderly and Tessian. He has also worked closely with Celonis, Instana, Monzo, Personio and UiPath.
Prior to Accel, Andrei spent a decade in the US and worked with Foundation Capital and KCG/Virtu, the largest equities high-frequency trading firm in the US. Previously, he helped build an algorithmic trading startup on Wall Street focused on commodity futures.
Andrei hails from Romania. He holds an AB summa cum laude in Mathematics from Princeton and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
