How does Node work?
Node is Slush’s year-round online platform to help early-stage European startups. We host weekly events to provide founders with mentoring and access to investors.
Node is free to join and open to all European early-stage startups. Node is run by Slush, a student-driven, not-for-profit movement on a mission to create and help the next generation of groundbreaking entrepreneurs.
Who can join Node?
Node is open for all European early-stage startups. We characterise startups as being young, often tech-driven companies, aiming for rapid growth with a scalable business model.
While we welcome teams from very early stages, we require all startups joining Node to be incorporated.
Each startup application to join Node is reviewed by the Node team within 24 hours. Not sure if your company qualifies? Send us a message at [email protected], we’re happy to help with your questions.
How do I apply to join Node?
Log in to the Node Platform, create your company profile and hit “Join Node”. Your application is reviewed within 24 hours.
If you’ve previously created a company profile while buying startup tickets to Slush, you can apply to join Node directly after logging in to the platform.

Can I contact investors through Node?
You can apply to meet investors 1-1 in Node’s Matchmaking Sprints. These meetings are organised for you by the Node team when investor matches are found. You can also meet leading VC funds through Node’s invite-only Investor Office Hours.
We don’t give out direct contact information to the investors on Node.
