And the countdown to Slush 2013 begins! However, there are still a few things to take into consideration (if you haven’t yet) before coming to the event.
Slush Cable Factory Opening Hours
Wednesday 8am – 4am
Thursday 10am – 7pm
If you don’t have your badge yet, you can get it at the registration points in front of the Cable Factory entrance. Registration opens at 7.30am at Wednesday, while the doors to Slush event itself open at 8.00am. When registering, no printed tickets are needed, all you need is your photo ID. Note that Slush is SOLD OUT. The earliest that any additional tickets might be sold is Wednesday afternoon.
The Slush Wifi and Internet Connection
This year we have invested a lot in our WiFi (all connections provided by Elisa) to ensure internet access for our guests. There will be an open WiFi without password carrying the name “SLUSH”. However, please note that due to the size of the event the performance of the WiFi may still be unpredictable. Guests are also welcome to charge their laptops and phones at the charging points situated at lounge areas and info desks.
The Slush Food
The catering at Slush is provided by the valiant Ruoto Catering and is free of charge. The food will be served as following:
Breakfast 8am – 11am Breakfast 10am – 12 noon
Lunch 11am – 4pm Lunch 12 noon – 3pm
Dinner 4pm – 9pm Dinner 3pm – 6.30pm
Night Snack 10pm – 2am
The hungry gourmands can check out the menu here. Please notice that the food and beverages in the restaurant Hima & Sali (located inside the cable factory) are priced normally.
How to Dress for Slush?
Please dress warmly, since two of our big venues are partly located outside.The free cloakroom next to the entrance of Cable Factory will safely store your coats during the event. No baggage storing however.
Schedule your Agenda
We have a limited number of seats, so we advise you to arrive early, especially if you’re planning to see a specific show. In addition we recommend you to download the Slush 2013 mobile app (handcrafted by Qvik), where you can design your own personal agenda. You can download the app from here.
