Erick Joined Allbirds as President of International in July 2018. Previously, Erick served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific for Under Armour and prior to that Erick spent eight years at Adidas Group, where he held various roles.
Dow is the founder and CEO of MoSeeker, Inc. , an AI-based mobile social recruiting solution provider. Dow led the company to finish 3 rounds of fundraising with total amount US$ 22 Million from both financial and strategic investors.
Prior to starting MoSeeker, Dow worked for Boehringer Ingelheim as Senior Marketing Manager. From 2010-2012, Dow oversaw the employer branding and university partnership in Baidu. Dow was responsible for recruitment marketing and digital marketing in IBM and Philips previously. Dow started his early career with Alcatel-Lucent Global HQ in taking Global MT Program based out of Gurgaon, India.
Dow is a member of Asia America Multi-Technology Association (AAMA), member of Shanghai Young Entrepreneurs’ Association (SYEA), member of Shanghai Informatization Youth Talent Association (SIYTA), alumni of CKGSB, CEIBS and Qingteng University by Tencent. ARTHUR HUANG CEO Arthur is a structural engineer, architect and pioneer of loop economy building material solutions, specialized in post-consumer trash recycling applications to help shift mass consumption to a close-loop model.
Daoping is a partner of the firm and leads the firm’s efforts in marketplace opportunities. His core portfolio includes 6renyou, Klook, EZbuy (part of NYSE: LITB), Baturu, Black Fish, Kr Space, DFS168 and YMT etc.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Daoping was co-founder of a cross-border e-commerce startup. Before that, Daoping was a Senior Associate with WI Harper Group contributing to Getui and Innovation Works. He started his investment career at SVB Capital China Fund in 2008 but was trained as an Electrical Engineer and early employee of Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (a.k.a SMIC, 00981.HK)
Daoping graduated with a B.S. in Bio-Physics from Nanjing University and MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate Scholl of Business.

Gavin runs a robotics + A.I technology startup focused on the F&B industry. He was previously the Chief Digital Officer for Yum! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell). He built the store of the future for Pizza Hut in Shanghai, using robots, mobile pre-ordering and A.I.
As the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Antler (www.antler.co), the startup generator and early-stage venture capital firm, Fridtjof works with a global team dedicated to developing the next generation of world-changing technology companies. With operations in Singapore, the Nordics, Amsterdam, London, New York, Sydney and Nairobi, and with further expansion in the pipeline, the team will over the coming years build, invest in and scale several hundred disruptive tech companies across the globe.
Fridtjof is an alumni of Harvard University, Cass Business School and Emory University. He was previously in McKinsey & Company, where he focused his work on the retail, consumer goods and financial services industries. In 2019 he was on Forbes 30 Under 30 in Finance & Venture Capital.
Dickson Sezto has over 20 years’ working experience in the field of commercial real estate. He obtained a Bachelor of Art degree from Monash University, Australia and a Master’s degree in International Real Estate Programme from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He witnessed the business development in the mainland. He once participated in the urban revitalization and transformation project of the Xintiandi in Shanghai; brought out a new definition to Super Brand Mall when serving as the president of Zhengda Group; gave impetus to the establishment of cooperation institution with the “Blackstone Group” under the Blackstone Fund in order to invest in the mainland commercial stock properties. As an advocate of innovative ideas, he has been invited to participate in the urban planning, actively giving suggestions to government and carrying a strong sense of social responsibility. After the end of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, positive information concerning urban revitalization starts to flow out. He has also included urban revitalization as the only mission of URF Group to liquidize remnant resources and actively create a sustainable new business model in the future.
Born and educated in Hong Kong, Derek is an early “returnee” to Asia with 25+ years of APAC market entry experience. Since the 90s, his early work in venture capital makes him one of the first investors involved with Asia based startups. Starting with first gen internet companies, he has reviewed 15,000+ business plans. He was part of a core team that managed funds for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), Singapore Govt Investment Corp (GIC), Sun Microsystems, Mitsui, Fujitsu, NTT Docomo and PCCW. As one of the most respected tech community leaders, he is involved with nearly every accelerator/co-working space in HK. Since 2004, Derek is the Managing Partner of BraveSoldier Venture Capital. With a background in i-banking, direct investment and mgmt consulting, his fundraising experience includes seed, family office, Series A and IPOs. He was the CEO of a Chinese mobile payments company and credited for “leading from the front” from seed round to commercial responsibilities to investor exit. With 500+ “day trips” to the Greater Bay, Derek has direct manufacturing involvement in telecoms, robotics, wearables and pc peripherals. Derek is an author of two books, university lecturer, US-Global Innovation Fellow, TEDx speaker, current board member and former Trustee/co-Chairman of the Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals (SPCA), board member of Junior Achievement HK, advisor to Hanson Robotics, mgmt committee of New World Group’s – Eureka Nova, advisor to the Open University of Hong Kong and mentor/advisor to start-ups. He is an extreme multi-day ultra-marathoner and PADI Dive Master.

Bobby Lee is an entrepreneur in the cryptocurrency industry, and he just recently founded his second startup, Ballet, in early 2019. Ballet aims to drive global adoption of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. It is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Previously, Mr. Lee was the Co-founder and CEO of BTCC (formerly BTCChina), the first bitcoin exchange in China, and the leading bitcoin financial platform worldwide. BTCC was acquired in January of 2018.
Before BTCC, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Technology for Walmart’s e-commerce business in China. Previously he was the CTO of SMG BesTV New Media, the largest IPTV operator in China with the most subscribers globally. He moved to Shanghai in 2007 and started off at EMC’s China Center of Excellence, as Director of Software Engineering, with responsibilities for Cloud Computing and Cloud Storage.
Mr. Lee started his career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer at Yahoo!, and led the development of the earliest online communities. He graduated from Stanford University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science, and was a member of the Mayfield Fellows Program. He earned an EMBA degree from CEIBS in China.
Mr. Lee currently serves on the board of Bitcoin Foundation, a non-profit organization that fosters the adoption of bitcoin globally. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, photography, watching movies, and playing poker.

Mr. Timo Lei is a Partner at King&Wood Mallesons (KWM), an Asia based, leading global legal professional services firm, Timo is the Vice COO and Markets Leader for the firm. Timo is responsible for KWM’s global networks; innovation; markets development; and maximizing revenues. He is sitting on KWM Management Board as an extended member.
Prior to KWM, Timo was the Chief Business Development Officer and managing director of PwC Greater China. He specialises in advising Chinese entrepreneurs on private placement, Overseas IPO, M&A, and innovation. He joined PwC global HQ in London in 1998, reporting to PwC Global Vice Chairman, Sir John Stuttard, later the Lord Mayor of The City of London. Timo worked with UKTI, The City of London, London Stock Exchange, and Investment banks to build market presences in Asia-Pacific countries. Timo was nominated as assistant to Head of Delegation during two UK State visits to China led by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blaire and Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott.
Alvin Wang Graylin
Mr. Graylin （汪丛青） is the China Regional President at HTC leading all aspects of both the Vive/VR and Phone business in the region. He is also currently Vice-Chairman of the Industry of Virtual Reality Alliance (IVRA.com) with 300+ company members, President of the $18B Virtual Reality Venture Capital Alliance (VRVCA.com) and oversees the Vive X VR Accelerators (VIVEX.co) in Beijing, Shenzhen and Tel Aviv.
Mr. Graylin has over two dozen years of business management experience in the tech industry, including 18 years in Greater China. Prior to HTC, he was a serial entrepreneur, having founded four venture-backed startups in the mobile and internet spaces, covering mobile social, AD tech, search, big data and digital media. Additionally, he has held $100+ million P&L roles at a number of public companies.
Yu Wang, Co-founder and CEO of Tantan, China’s leading dating app, acquired by Momo for US$600M. Yu Studied for two master’s degrees in computer science and industrial economics. In 2007 Yu started his first business; P1, a fashion community. In the year 2014, Yu co-founded Tantan.
