Join Founders Day (Nov 16) to kickstart your Slush week! Founders Day is a whole-day experience only accessible to startup founders that are coming to Slush.
Founders Day: a day packed with activities just for you. We’re bringing activities during the day (what we call Daytime Tracks) and the legendary Founders Day Festival in the evening to give you the ultimate jump-start to Slush 2022.
The Founders Day Festival will be held underground this year with incredible stage talks that are specifically curated for a founder-only audience.
Slush 2022 will have 4,600 founders and operators from around the world – making Founders Day the best place to meet startup founders exclusively.

Julian Teicke is the Founder and CEO of wefox, which is a full-stack digital insurance company driven by a single purpose: to make people safe by reinventing insurance at scale through technology.

Ashish Puri
Ashish (Ash) is a Partner at Lightrock. His experiences in founding and building businesses inspire him to work side-by-side with mission-driven entrepreneurs. He joined Lightrock after founding and scaling an ecommerce business and investing in primary and secondary opportunities across Venture and Growth funds at Partech Ventures, TempoCap and Episode1. Some of Ashish’s previous investments include Depop (acquired by Etsy), Onfido, Talentsoft (acquired by Cegid), Attest, Digital Surgery (acquired by Medtronic).
Ashish started his career as a consultant. He holds a double Masters in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA and a Diplôme d’Ingénieur from CentraleSupélec, France. In his free time, Ash can be found exploring new cultures through his travels, tending to his bonsai collection, and spending time with family.

Garima Kapoor
Garima Kapoor is the Co-founder and COO at MinIO. Prior to this role, Garima served as the company’s CFO. Garima is an active investor and advisor to emerging technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Garima holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Accounting and Finance from Nirma University, a Masters in Economics from Banasthali Vidyapith, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Delhi University.

Eric Glyman
Eric is Co-founder and CEO of Ramp, a finance automation platform designed to help companies save time and money. He started Ramp in 2019 after observing that much of the traditional financial services industry offered points and rewards programs that were misaligned with customers’ goals. Eric and his Co-founders sought to build products that would help companies and their employees save time and money. Marianne Vikkula
Marianne Vikkula is VP of New Markets at Wolt. Founded in 2014, Wolt is a technology company that makes it incredibly easy to discover and get the best restaurants, grocery stores and other local shops delivered home or to the office. Marianne joined Wolt in 2018 and under her leadership, Wolt has expanded from 6 countries in Northern Europe to 23 countries across EMEA today.
Prior to Wolt, Marianne played an incremental role in growing Slush internationally to Europe and Asia. Today Slush is one of the leading tech and investor events in the world attended by more than 25,000 people annually. At Slush, Marianne has held roles in finance and sales, and she served as CEO from 2016 to 2017 years. She is currently a board member of Slush and Marimekko.

Sauna & Ice-dipping
Embrace the truly Finnish tradition of sauna and ice dipping at Allas Sea Pool, right in the heart of Helsinki. Allas Sea Pool offers three saunas (men, women, and mixed), a seawater pool, and a heated pool.

- Allas can accommodate 120 eager swimmers & sauna-goers, and seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The event is only open for Slush Startup ticket holders and primarily for Pre-Seed Startups
- Swimsuits are required in all of the saunas as well as in the pools
Scaleup Tour
Join your Founder peers to travel around Helsinki to meet the teams of the most successful Finnish scaleups at their very own offices.
At each office, the hosting Scaleup shares how it cracked a specific, tangible aspect of building a world-changing company. Afterward, there’s time for networking.
