Like in previous years, our Meeting Area is the place for these encounters. Located in the heart of the venue, Meeting Area is spread over two floors with over 330 meeting tables. Meetings can be booked through our Matchmaking Tool (opening late October!).

For ad hoc meetings and work, we’ve built the brand new Coworking Space, designed together with the Finnish meeting pod company Framery. With a number of Framery meeting pods, comfortable tables and chairs, and a relaxed atmosphere, this will be an area for you to send that first offer, finish your deck or have a quick call.

For the hungry & thirsty

Hungry? Let us introduce the Food Market, presenting a wide-ranging culinary selection, delivered by seven different restaurants. These include some of the most interesting food offerings in Helsinki, ranging from dumplings by Beijing8 to traditional Greek food by Pose G and healthy casual fast food by Green Hippo. All the restaurants offer mainly local ingredients, and plenty of vegetarian or vegan options.

Did you know that Finnish people consume the most coffee in the world per capita – 10 kg a year to be exact? We strongly recommend you to grab a warm bun and a cup of coffee from Garden Café right beside Secret Garden, or experience the multi-coloured disco of Rainbow Café next to Founders Stage.

Oh and one thing about the essence of life; water. Finnish tap water is ranked as one of the best in the world. So take your reusable water bottle with you and fill it in at any of our 25 Thoreau water points found around the venue.

Recharge

We know – Slush days can get hectic. Secret Garden is created for recharging your mental batteries. This is the place for the most immersive zen-like tranquility. The garden is surrounded by waterfalls, which makes it a perfect spot for relaxing during the Slush frenzy.

And what would a Finnish event be without saunas? Escaping the hectic conference space has never been as easy as in the serene outdoor spa – Sauna Village. Take a moment for yourself in one of the six different saunas, take a dip in the ice-cold tub, or just sit by the fireplace. This is the place where business talk and networking are left aside – the sauna experience is all about regenerating yourself.
