WARM is short for World Airplay Radio Monitor. Their concept allows people to track and monitor songs on any radio channel in the world, in real-time. With their unique audio fingerprinting technology, WARM can find a match for an MP3 file with 100% accuracy. This allows individual artists to see where their songs are playing in the world.
Slush Music 20 also awarded startups in two other categories: the Partner Picked winners and the winners of each batch. In the Partner Picked Category, Sónar+D, Wallifornia Music Tech and LeanSquare awarded participants to participate in their events.
Sónar+D awarded IDA Audio the opportunity to be fast-tracked into their conference, Wallifornia Music Tech awarded Encore with the opportunity to join their pitching competition and hold a booth at their music festival, and LeanSquare invited Soundsgood to join their two week accelerator program in Belgium.
Also awarded, were the best of all four batches. All winners received $5000 worth of Amazon Web Service Credits and one-on-one dinners with investors and accelerators present in the juries. The winners are:
