How can I get a ticket?

You can purchase tickets through our website.

Even if you have purchased your ticket beforehand you need to collect your conference badge(s) from a ticket booth to have access to the Slush venue. You can collect your conference badge(s) from any of the ticket booths (locations and opening times are released later) a few days before Slush or during Slush from the venue entrance.

Note! If you want a Startup Pass the company registration itself does not include any tickets.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, if you do it before 11.10.2015. If you want to transfer your ticket to another person please contact tickets@slush.org.

Is there a possibility to refund if I am not able to come?

Unfortunately the tickets are not refundable. If you can find someone who would be interested to attend the event instead of you we can change the information of your ticket for another person as long as it is informed to us by 11.10.2015.

How can I pay for my ticket?

Slush uses Holvi Payment Services Ltd for payment processing, which accepts payments from Finnish bank accounts and credit cards with global payment options (Visa and MasterCard). If you wish to pay through invoice or PayPal please contact tickets@slush.org.

Can you deduct the VAT since you are selling within EU?

Unfortunately, we cannot deduct the value added tax. The tax legislation in Finland states that even though we send the invoice abroad within EU, the buyer will “consume” the service in Finland (=attend Slush in Helsinki). So that is why we have to add the tax to the invoice.

How can I get a letter of invitation for a visa?

Please contact tickets@slush.org. Give your full name, nationality, passport number, passport issue and expiry dates as well as date of birth so that we can provide you the invitation. We give invitation letters only to ticket holders.

Are there any discounts for multiple tickets?

We can provide a discount for ticket purchases of 10 or more. Please contact tickets@slush.org for offers.

Can I buy a ticket now and tell the name of the person later?

Yes, it is possible, but you still have to pay the ticket beforehand. Please inform us about the name change to tickets@slush.org by 11.10.2015 the latest.

When is the latest I can purchase tickets online?

The online ticket sales close on 10.11.2015. You can purchase tickets from the Slush venue afterwards.

If I register to Slush Impact track and buy a ticket does it include entry to the whole event?

Yes. Impact track is a theme specific program inside the main event.
